A well regulated militia no longer exists for the security of a free state. Despite the elimination of this context of the original second amendment; the right of the people to purchase, carry in a concealed manner, lock and load, threaten each other, keep and bear any weapon as might be developed by the firearms manufacturing industry shall not be infringed.
